Why did we launch our own ecommerce brand?

Our decision to launch our own ecommerce brand stems from our strong desire to provide our wider team with invaluable exposure and hands-on experience in the intricate processes of owning, operating, and promoting an ecommerce business. This strategic initiative equips our team members with firsthand knowledge, empowering them to enhance their expertise and effectiveness when assisting our clients.

While our central focus as a business remains dedicated to serving and fostering our clients’ growth, the decision to embark on this parallel venture holds significant merit. Personally, I feel there’s a big principle of putting your money where your mouth is. It embodies the principle of leading by example, reinforcing our belief that offering guidance to clients should be complemented by our active involvement in the very strategies and endeavors that we recommend.

Furthermore, the advantages extend profoundly into the realm of training and professional development. Through active involvement in our own ecommerce brand, our team gains exposure to a diverse array of business aspects that might not be part of their routine responsibilities. This holistic perspective contributes context and comprehension, culminating in an elevated ability to collaborate effectively with our clients, understanding their challenges and aspirations more intimately.

For those intrigued by the premise described above, we invite you to explore further by tuning in to this episode where we delve into this project and the underlying motivations that drive our pursuit.
