Clearly there are many ways to deal with mental wellbeing, with many companies making some great strides towards supporting their staff. This is obviously a very good thing, but what is the reality like on a day to day basis?
Even with the best support in the world, sometimes it’s helpful to have a set of ways in place to personally deal with the day, managing workload and also navigating the new way of working that we’ve all found ourselves in.
I wanted to talk to Lisa about her experiences and what she finds useful when trying to remain productive, but also happy and in a good place.
