Crown World Mobility, a global leader in employee relocation services, enables businesses from all industries across the world to relocate employees to new territories at scale. With over 50 years of experience, Crown World Mobility understands the complexities of relocating teams and their comprehensive mobility service makes domestic and international operations more effective.

Crown World Mobility approached Overdrive Digital to support generating high-value leads in a niche market: mid to large-sized companies with complex relocation needs. Crown World Mobility needed a cost-efficient way to generate leads while positioning itself as the industry authority.

WHAT WE DID

  • We developed a strategy centred around Crown World Mobility’s annual mobility trends report, using it as a key lead magnet to attract high-value leads while solidifying the brand’s position as an expert in global mobility.
  • We utilised LinkedIn, focusing on mobility professionals involved in large-scale relocations across Europe, the UK, and the UAE. Using a combination of member skills, seniority, industry, and company size to refine targeting, we were able to keep users engaged and prevent performance plateaus. 
  • Our creative approach was key to success. We moved from static ads to dynamic video ads that featured motion backgrounds, overlay text, and strong headlines. This format proved significantly more engaging, leading to a 45% reduction in CPA compared to static images.
  • We made frequent updates to the creative materials to avoid audience fatigue and keep users engaged. 
  • We implemented a custom reporting system using GA4 data for more accurate performance tracking.
  • We consulted the client on data analysis on a bi-weekly basis to optimise creative and targeting based on real time insights.
