From an agency perspective, I genuinely believe that brands wanting to in-house their paid media should never be seen as a threat. If it’s the best option for a client, we should be there to support the change.

Done well, the rewards for a brand can be huge, however there will always be challenges to overcome and therefore value in external experience on a consultative level. From building out a team to some of the key lessons learnt, Daria talks openly about the experience of in-housing paid media at Hush.

We cover some of the pros, some of the cons and the key areas you need to plan for if this is a project you are considering. The truth is that there will never be a one-size fits all answer, and every business, team and environment will be different.

If this is something you are planning, then check out the episode and big thanks to Daria for taking the time to chat!
