So what are some of the common ecommerce blockers that we are faced with? How can we prevent them, you ask? Simple. It’s all about understanding the customer journey after they’ve clicked on the initial ad.
Some key things to remember when running paid media ads is you want to give the customer zero reason to back out of the purchase. So, is the landing page user friendly? Or is it information overload? Would potential customers trust your site?
With digital marketing being such a vast industry with several different working sectors within paid media, it can be easy to lose sight of anything that may be out of your ordinary role – but this is something that should always be at the forefront of your mind if you want your client and their business to succeed.
