Our brief from Wool And The Gang was to scale their ecommerce business via Paid Social. Having scaled as much as possible via other channels, Paid Social was seen as the next big growth opportunity and a team was needed to help make it happen.
Operating in a fiercely competitive market, keeping a laser focus on efficiency and ROAS was absolutely key. Prior to scaling spend our initial goal was to build a clear idea on what areas of the account and campaigns generated the best and most stable ROI.
From there, the objective was to scale spend dramatically ahead of peak trading in Q4 and over the Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend.
