I’m joined by Ferne from our paid social team and Jade from our PPC team to talk through where we think the platforms are heading and some of the challenges we will need to adjust to in the next 12 months.
Facebook has already started the year off with some big changes thanks to the iOS14 rollout, so even just one month in and we have a fundamental shift in the way we are going to be tracking and managing performance.
But what will this mean for the rest of the year?
On the PPC side there has been a big push to automated strategies for some time now, but will this continue for 2021?
Our approach is all about maximising efficiency, and the balancing act between manual control and automation is one that we’re constantly looking at to see what drives the best performance.
