When you go into a sales process as a client you can be bombarded with reasons to work with that particular agency, but it’s crucial to think about a few of the following questions before you make the final decision as to whether you want to create a partnership or not.

Who is going to be working on your account and will you have direct contact with those people? Not only will this give you a better understanding of who will be in your account day-to-day but it will also give you the confidence to know who to contact with any questions, should you need to. 

Ideally, when you enter a partnership with an external company, you aim to maintain this relationship for a longer period of time to allow your business to have some consistency and for you to be able to see whether there is progression within the account. So, it’s important to lay everything out on the table from that very first meeting in order to know whether it’s going to work for you and your business. 

Does this agency have any testimonials that you can refer to? Can you see on their website how other companies have found working with that team? This can always be a great indicator to show you what you might be getting yourself into because if an agency is offering you the world but has nothing to back their facts up with, it should be a red flag.
