I doubt there’s anyone out there that would describe their last few months as being normal. The impact on all aspects of daily life has been huge, which inevitably means marketing efforts have to respond to meet new need states of your audience.
You can never really plan for a global pandemic, but hearing a take from a senior level global marketer on how their team has responded is such a useful experience to listen to.
