The Challenge

JRNI provide enterprise booking and appointment software for some of the world’s largest retailers and organisations. As a business, their mission is to unite digital and physical experiences to improve customer journey management.

JRNI approached Overdrive to help grow enterprise enquiries via paid search across the US, UK and Australia.

To meet this challenge, a full cross-market piece of keyword research was conducted and a new Google Ads account structure created.

The Salesforce integration data helped us by improving keyword selection, clarifying high-value search terms, reducing spend while increasing value, and identifying content assets that drove long-term value.

Feedback from sales improved messaging and allowed us to understand what potential customers needed to see on the landing pages to convert. We could assess spend versus proposed value, understand search term versus deal value, and analyse qualification rates to avoid wasted spend.
