The Challenge

Itsettled provides order to cash, working capital management and credit control support for businesses helping to reduce late payments, improve cash flow and streamline debt recovery processes.

As a new entrant looking to establish a stronger presence on LinkedIn, itsettled needed a strategic campaign structure that would enable them to build brand awareness, reach key decision-makers and generate high-quality leads within their ideal customer profile (ICP).

Alongside campaign setup, they also required a suite of creative assets that could communicate different customer pain points, support future campaign activity and provide a scalable framework for webinar promotion.

Our Approach

To ensure the LinkedIn account was built around the right audience and objectives, we began with a collaborative discovery process designed to uncover the challenges, priorities and buying triggers of itsettled’s target customers.

Through a strategic workshop session, we worked closely with the team to define their ideal customer profile, understand key industry pain points and identify any priority target accounts that should be included within campaign planning.

Using these insights, we developed a LinkedIn campaign structure focused on both lead generation and brand awareness, ensuring audiences, messaging and campaign objectives were aligned with the wider business goals.

Alongside campaign development, we created a series of creative concepts designed to engage different audience segments and speak directly to the challenges faced by finance leaders and business decision-makers.

Ad Copy Development

To ensure consistency between targeting, messaging and creative execution, we drafted accompanying ad copy for all campaign assets.
